"Win, Grow, Send" is a framework by which we measure our ministries at Majestic View Church. We believe that as we seek to carry out the purpose of the church, we need to incorporate of the commands of the Bible to win people to Christ, grow them up into spiritually mature believers, and finally support the ministry of missions and the sending of others out into the world to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ as he has commanded us to do.

Each of our core ministry areas of worship, fellowship, discipleship, service and outreach are measured by how they will support winning people to Christ, growing them up in spiritual maturity or supporting and sending them into the world to share the good news that Jesus wants to give them true life in Him.

Win

In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage - with great patience and careful instruction. Grow

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness. See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ. Col 2:6-8

It was he who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, to prepare God's people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Eph 4:-11-13

And we pray this in order that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and may please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, Colassians 1:10

Therefore let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, Hebrews 6:1

Send

He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Mark 16:15
